Riyadh – Mubasher: Jabal Omar Development signed a contract with Mawgif Company to rent Jabal Omar project’s parking lots from the first phase to the fourth.
Developing and operating the parking lots will be according to the best global standards, Jabal Omar’s CEO Yaser Faisal Al Shareef said.
The project includes a number of parking lots that have a capacity to take more than 1,500 vehicles and can be increased after finishing the development of the fifth, sixth, and seventh phases, according to a statement released by the company.
On Sunday, Jabal Omar announced the official commencement of the commercial operations of Hilton Hotel.
In March, the development company signed a contract to sell three hotels at a value of SAR 6 billion.
The three hotels are Makkah Conrad, Hilton Makkah, and Hyatt Regency Makkah, in addition to Al Khalil Shopping Center.
