Riyadh-Mubasher: Jabal Omar Development said its extraordinary general meeting held on 28 March decided not to pay the rents to some founders this year due to reservations of some shareholders.
During the meeting, shareholders approved financial statements and the board's report for the fiscal year ended 30/12/1436.
The company's posted net earnings of SAR 91.92 million for this fiscal year, down 78.22% from SAR 422 million a year earlier.
