Mubasher: Jada Dubai has uncovered the world’s most expensive pair of gold and diamond-trimmed shoes.
Made of gold, silk, and hundreds of diamonds, the new pair of shoes will be offered at a price of $17 million, the Dubai-based shoemaker said.
“Dubai is the city of millionaires and billionaires... we see it as a potential market, along with the entire (Gulf) region,” said Hemant Karamchandani, CEO of Passion Jewellers, commented.
Each shoe features a crowning jewel, around 15-carat flawless D-diamond near the pointed toe, Arabian Business reported.
The peerless shoes are a European size 36, and Jada Dubai said that the shoes can be custom-made to the client’s size - after he or she pays the full retail price.
