Riyadh – Mubasher: Jadwa Investment Company will pay cash dividends of SAR 28.44 million to Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund’s unitholders for the third quarter (Q3) of 2020.
The distributions will be to 158 million existing units at SAR 0.18 per unit, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
The amount, moreover, represents 1.80% of the unit’s initial price and 1.61% of the net asset value (NAV) as of 30 June 2020.
Eligibility of dividends will be to the unitholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of Tuesday, 10 November 2020, end of the trading day on 8 November. The dividends will be paid within 20 business days from the due date.
