Riyadh – Mubasher: Jadwa Investment will pay a 1.8% cash dividend to Jadwa REIT Fund holders for the second quarter of 2019.
Total dividends for the second quarter of 2019 amount to SAR 28.44 million, or SAR 0.18 per unit, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The dividends represent 1.63% from the fund’s net assets based on the fair market value as of 30 June.
The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders at the end of trading on 17 July, and as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
