Riyadh – Mubasher: Jadwa Investment Company will distribute cash dividends worth SAR 37.30 million to the unitholders of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2021.
The cash dividend payout stands at SAR 0.20 per unit, representing 2% of the unit's initial price and 1.7% of the net asset value, according to a recent bourse filing.
The entitlement date for receiving the dividends is scheduled on 15 March 2022.
