Riyadh – Mubasher: Jadwa Investment Company announced the distribution of SAR 28.44 million in cash dividends to Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund’s unitholders for the first quarter (Q1) of 2020.
The eligibility of dividends will be for the unit holders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Wednesday 13 May, the end of the trading day on 11 May 2020.
At SAR 0.18 per unit, dividends represent 1.8% of the unit’s initial price and 1.61% of the net assets value, according to a bourse statement on Monday.
Jadwa noted that dividends will be paid within 20 business days post the eligibility date.
