Riyadh – Mubasher: Jadwa REIT Saudi will pay 1.8% cash dividends to shareholders for the third quarter of 2019.
The fund will pay SAR 0.18 per share, or a total of SAR 28.44 million for the three-month period ended September, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Cash dividends, which represent 1.63% from net assets based on the fair market value as of 30 September, will be paid within 20 days from the record date.
