Dubai – Mubasher: Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), a subsidiary of DP World, has announced that it will pay the periodic coupon distribution for its $650 million sukuk, which are due in 2019.
“The coupon distribution for the period 19 December 2017 to 18 June 2018 will be distributed to Note Holders on 19 June 2018. Distribution is for a Coupon rate of 7.00% per annum for a total amount of $22.75 million,” the freezone said in a statement to Nasdaq Dubai on Wednesday.
Jafza has seen big success in 2017, attracting 513 new companies from 64 countries.
