Mubasher: The Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) opened Monday 1.13% lower, as its indices declined in early trading.
The Nikkei Index slipped to 18,818.58 points, and the Broader TOPIX Index shrank 0.95% to 1,532.53 points.
