Kuwait-Mubasher: Japan has imported 8.26 million barrels of Kuwaiti crude oil in January 2015 (266,000 barrels per day), 4.4% higher when compared to the same month a year earlier, Kuwait News Agency said, according to a preliminary report issued by the Japanese Natural Resources and Energy Agency.
The report noted that Kuwait’s crude oil shipments accounted for 7.8% of the overall crude oil imports to Japan in January.
Kuwait is the fourth largest oil provider to Japan.
