Mubasher: Japan’s stocks kicked off Tuesday’s session on a negative note.
The benchmark Nikkei Index dipped 1.28% reaching the level of 17,470.93 points, and the Broader TOPIX Index declined 1.23% to the level of 1,429.52 points.
