Riyadh-Mubasher: Jarir Marketing Co. (JMC) has opened board nomination for the next three-year term which will start from the date of the upcoming general meeting, the company said in a bourse filing Monday.
The meeting date will be announced after obtaining the approval of competent authorities, the company added.
Qualified shareholders should submit their applications no later than 30 November.
