Riyadh- Mubasher: Jarir Marketing Company’s board recommended distributing cash dividends of SAR 252 million to shareholders for the third quarter (Q3) of 2020.
This represents 21% of the share’s nominal value or SAR 2.10 per share, according to a stock exchange filing on Wednesday.
Eligibility of dividends will be to the shareholders on Monday, 9 November 2020, as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
The distributions will be paid on 18 November.
During the quarter ended September 2020, Jarir achieved profits of SAR 255.2 million, a decline of 16.3% when compared to SAR 305 million in the year-ago quarter.
