Riyadh – Mubasher: Jarir Marketing Company said it signed a contract for renting Showroom for Jarir Bookstore at Tabuk Park Compound for a period of twenty years subject to renewal.
The annual rental estimated of SAR 1.803 million with an increase of 10% every five years, said a bourse filling.
The showroom have approx. area of 4,008 Sq. meters owned by the company Reaov Tabuk Ltd., located in Tabuk city on King Faisal Road.
The company’s upcoming general meeting will discuss the final approval regarding this agreement.
