Riyadh – Mubasher: Jarir Marketing's board decided paying out dividends for the fourth quarter of 2016 at SAR 2.15 per share, or 21.5% of nominal value, totaling SAR 193.5 million.
Shareholders of record until 28 February would be entitled to the dividend distribution that will start on 9 March, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The company operates with a paid-in capital of SAR 900 million, divided into 90 million shares at SAR 10 each.
The stock ended Wednesday at SAR 133.75 with a 0.55% increase.
