Jazeera Airways denies listing on int’l bourses

Kuwait-Mubasher: Jazeera Airways denied the news spread regarding any merge, acquisition, or listing the company’s shares in international stock markets, according to a bourse statement.

The KSE-listed firm said that the company will cooperate with international airlines to star long-haul flights. It added that the company will be chosen by an expert in the aviation sector.

Jazeera Airways requested the Kuwaiti bourse to put the stock back for trading as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, Jazeera stock settled at 900 fils at the opening of Thursday’s session, after about 27,500 shares were traded through 3 transactions, with a value worth about KWD 24,750.
