Mubasher: Jazeera Airways reported KWD 1.2 million ($3.93 million) worth losses during the fourth quarter of 2016 versus profits of KWD 930,000 ($3.04 million) in the corresponding period of 2015, according to a recent statement.
The Kuwaiti airlines company achieved a net profit of KWD 10.8 million during the fiscal year 2016, compared to KWD 15.4 million in FY15; a year-on-year decline of 29.9%.
Jazeera Airways’s board members recommended a cash dividend of 35%, with an overall value of KWD 7 million, the statement added.
