Mubasher: Jazeera Airways will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Wednesday to elect three members in addition to the current board of directors, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
This elect process follows the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), on 14 September, which decided to raise the number of board members to eight instead of five.
It is worth noting that Jazeera’s capital stands at KWD 20 million distributed on 200 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
