Cairo – Mubasher: Jdar Group is investing EGP 2.3 billion in Sea View project in the North Coast, managing director Ahmed Fakhry said.
Spanning over 137-acre land, the project will be built in three phases with total 1,650 units, Fakhry told reporters.
The project is set for completion by 2023, he added, pointing out that the real estate firm has completed 40% of the first phase’s concrete work.
The first phase features 600 units, including 57-to-360 metres chalets and villas, he highlighted, noting that the phase will be delivered by 2020.
The Egyptian real estate company has marketed for approximately 90% of the first phase units, which account for 30% of the project, he indicated.
He said that the company has a portfolio of around 1.5 million metre lands in the North Coast and the Red Sea.
Fakhry stressed that Jdar is looking to get a 100- to 120-acre land in Sheikh Zayed City to set up integrated urban communities.
