Mubasher: Jeeran Holding said that its subsidiary, United Gulf Construction Co, was awarded the lowest bid in KWD 329.2 million ($1.08 billion) worth tender offered by the public works ministry.
The tender has duration period of 1,800 days, according to a bourse filing issued on Sunday.
The financial impact from this tender will be determined once the contract is signed and the notification letter is received.
On the stock level, Jeeran ended Sunday’s trading session higher by 9.80% to be the top winner, reaching 56 fils, after about 547,700 shares were traded at a value of nearly KWD 30,700.
