Dubai-Mubasher: Joana Investment acquired a 6.5% stake or 99.4 million shares in Aramex at AED 4.4 per share, according to a bourse statement.
The transaction stands at a total value of AED 437.5 million.
Aramex’s stock rose 3.9% to AED 4.01 after generating AED 34.1 million from the exchange of 8.52 million shares through 222 transactions.
