Mubasher: The Jordanian government has decided to downgrade diplomatic relations with Qatar, and asked the Qatari ambassador to leave Amman within days.
The government has also revoked the license of Al Jazeera television channel, as reported by Jordan News Agency (Petra).
On Monday, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, and Bahrain simultaneously decided to cut diplomatic ties with Qatar.
A similar decision was later announced by Yemen and Libya.
Today, Mauritania severed diplomatic ties with Qatar after accusing it of supporting terrorism.
