Mubasher: The Jordan Press Foundation (Al Ra'i) shed JOD1.1 million ($1.6 million) losses in the first nine months of 2015.
Losses shrank by 5.7%, compared with JOD1.2million ($1.7 million) for the same period in FY14, as per the company’s statement.
The press foundation succeeded in lowering the cost of newspaper issuance to the limit of JOD8.59 million against JOD9.88 million in the first nine months of 2014.
Mid-year losses were deepened by 101% to reach JOD745,600 ($ 1 million), against JOD370,100 ($520,600) in H1-14.
