Jordan’s current account deficit deepens 52% in Q3

Mubasher: Jordan’s trade balance slipped into more deficit in the third quarter of 2015, according to the official data released by the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ).

Current account deficit widened 51.77% quarter-on-quarter to JOD 844.9 million, from JOD556.7 million, CBJ said.

By a slower pace, Q2-15 trade balance deficit rose by 10.1% to JOD1.97 billion from JOD1.79 billion.
