Jordan sold Egypt 670m cubic meters of LNG in 2016

Cairo - Mubasher: The Jordanian ministry of energy and mineral resources said on Sunday that the amount of liquefied natural gas (LNG) exported to Egypt totalled 670 million cubic meters, according to Petra News Agency.

According to the ministry, 40 LNG shipments to Egypt went to the national electricity company, while another eight were to the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS).

On the other hand, Jordan imports of LNG equalled around 6.8 million cubic meters through seven shipments that came from Qatar.
