Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries (Julphar) said its board accepted the resignation of Ayman Sahli from his position as the CEO, according to a bourse statement.
The CEO’s contract will expire in the second quarter of 2017.
The board also approved the company’s estimated budget for this year.
