Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries (Julphar) has approved a proposal to distribute cash dividends of 16 fils per share (16% of the capital) for fiscal year 2016.
Furthermore, the OGM agreed on distributing bonus shares at 3% of the capital, according to a bourse statement released on Sunday.
