Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries (Julphar) announced the resignation of its chairman Faisal bin Saqer Al Qasimi and vice chairman Abdullah bin Faisal Al Qasimi, according to a statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
No reasons for resignation were included in the statement.
In March, Julphar announced the resignation of five members of its board of directors.
Additionally, trading on the stock of Julphar has been suspended on ADX since the beginning of April for not disclosing its financial results.
