Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries (Julphar) said its shareholders will discuss on 16 April the proposed cash dividends and bonus shares for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
The company’s board recommended to distribute 16% cash dividends or 16 fils per share, in addition to 3% bonus shares.
Julphar’s capital amounts to AED 1.092 billion, distributed on 1.092 billion shares at AED 1 per share.
