Dubai – Mubasher: Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE) plans to launch an integrated city spanning across 80 million square feet, simulating Tokyo, according to a statement.
Establishment of the city will take 15 years to be completed, comprising eight urban areas.
The project is based on the concept of mass transit development, according to Jumeirah Golf Estates CEO Yousuf Kazim.
The new city will be able to accommodate 100,000 individuals.
