Riyadh – Mubasher: King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) on Monday revealed handing over the residential villas of the first phase in Al Talah Gardens to their owners.
Al Talah Gardens consists of five phases which have already been delivered, according to KAEC’s statement to Mubasher.
The community parks and recreation facilities of the first-phase finished villas are being activated, KAEC said.
Spanning an area of 523,300 square metres, Al Talah Gardens includes 423 residential single family plots, in addition to 179 single family villas.
“Residents of Al Talah Gardens enjoy a unique coastal community featuring state-of the-art infrastructure and the highest quality of public services,” Charles Biele, CEO of KAEC’s Real Estate Development Company (REDCO), said.
KAEC did not give further details concerning the project's cost.
