Mubasher: KAMCO Investment achieved a leap of 258.3% in profits during the second quarter of 2018 compared to the same period last year.
Earnings jumped to around KWD 320,150 ($1.06 million) in Q2-18 from approximately KWD 89,360 ($295,450) in Q2-17, according to a bourse statement on Monday.
During the first six months of 2018, KAMCO reported an incline of 12.3% in profits to nearly KWD 421,410 from around KWD 375,360 in the same period a year ago.
The growth in H1 profits is attributed to higher fee income.
