Mubasher: KAMCO Investment on Monday announced acquiring properties in the US at a combined value of KWD 54 million ($178 million).
The acquired facilities were leased to ‘HP Inc’, according to a statement to Boursa Kuwait.
The takeover will raise KAMCO’s assets by KWD 54 million, while the company will achieve a net annual yield of 7.5% from this transaction.
KAMCO Investment last reported a 946.6% year-on-year profit surge in the fourth quarter of 2018, logging KWD 1.5 million, from KWD 143,320.
