Mubasher: KAMCO Investment has sold its entire stake in Royal Capital, an associate in the UAE, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
KAMCO’s stake in the UAE firm accounted for 26% of the capital, for a total value of KWD 1.1 million ($3.64m).
A profit worth KWD 268,000 ($887,133) is expected to be realised from the exit deal, and will be registered in the income statements of the third quarter ending on 30 September 2017, KAMCO added.
