Kuwait - Mubasher: KAMCO Investments obtained credit facilities worth KWD 5 million ($16.4 million) from a national bank.
These facilities will finance the current and future activities of KAMCO, the company said on Sunday in a statement to Boursa Kuwait, without clarifying the financial impact of the move.
The company announced on Sunday that it had acquired the largest distribution warehouse of Amazon UK Services for approximately £61 million ($76.55 million).
KAMCO obtained credit facilities worth KWD 40 million in February 2017.
Profits stood at KWD 1.28 million in 2016 compared to KWD 523,690 in 2015, showing a growth 144.4%.
The company’s stock ended Sunday’s trading session at 90 fils, achieving a liquidity of KWD 68,350 through trading 765,700 shares.
