Kuwait-Mubasher: KAMCO Investment said that it would distribute 1% cash dividends for shareholders of KAMCO Real Estate Fund for the third quarter, according to a bourse statement.
Thus, KAMCO Real Estate Fund has distributed 3.7% cash dividends since it was founded in 2013.
The Kuwaiti company noted that the fund succeeded to have an average of real estate capacity of 96%, and to raise the fund’s position by 87%. The fund also managed to raise return’s growth to 4.03%.
