Mubasher: KAMCO Investment on Sunday announced buying the administrative building office of Cincinnati Children's Hospital in the US.
The total value of the new takeover amounted to KWD 24.5 million ($81.6 million), according to a statement to Boursa Kuwait.
The leading investment company noted that it has implemented the acquisition through buying stakes in some special-purpose companies with a total value of KWD 9.5 million ($31.6 million).
It is worth noting that the deal has no impact on the company’s income statement, the Kuwait-based firm showed.
The new deal is to generate a net revenue of 7.25% per year, KAMCO forecast.
