Kuwait – Mubasher: The Capital Markets Court has issued a ruling in favor of KAMCO Investment against the liquidator of the national investment fund.
The investment fund’s liquidator will pay KWD 1.1 million to KAMCO which operates the Kuwaiti education fund, KAMCO said in a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
KAMCO had claimed a repayment of KWD 1.14 million in the filed lawsuit.
The company clarified that no financial impact can be determined in the current time.
On the stock level, KAMCO retreated by 1.8% to reach 110 fils by 10:05am Kuwait time, after 128 shares were traded at a value of KWD 1.1.
