Mubasher: KAMCO Investment will hold its meeting for the bondholders on Tuesday, 14 August to consider KWD 40 million issued bonds, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
In case of lack of quorum, the bondholders’ meeting will be rescheduled to Thursday, 16 August.
Late July, KAMCO announced that the subscription process for issuing bonds valued at KWD 40 million ($132.4 million) was completed.
