Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait Credit Bank (KCB) said that the paid real estate loans reached KWD 28.63 million in December 2015, while the approved ones amounted to KWD 23.06 million distributed on 698 loans.
The bank noted that portfolio loans which are allocated for expansion and restoration reached about KWD 337,470 in December, while the approved loans stood at about KWD 429,030.
Meanwhile, private loans reached 41, while government loans totaled 163 with value of KWD 11.28 million of which the paid amount reached KWD 17.24 million.
