Mubasher: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) and AUB Bahrain are expected to announce the price of merging the two banks in the few coming days, sources said.
Sources have told Al Arabiya that the current talks aim at reaching a fair settlement to swap the stocks of Kuwait Finance House (KFH) and AUB Bahrain as two stocks of AUB’s, as a minimum, for three stocks of KFH’s as a maximum.
Arqaam Capital has also expected a merger equivalent of 2.3 shares of AUB’s for one share of KFH’s through raising the capital of the Kuwaiti bank.
