Kuwait-Mubasher: KFH-Bahrain has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with King Faisal Corniche Co., which is 35% owned by Mabanee Bahrain, to raise a $94 million Islamic loan.
The loan will be used to complete the Avenues complex in 12 months, the lender said in a statement.
The 265,000 sq m project is expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2017.
