Mubasher: KFH Capital, the investment arm of Kuwait Finance House (KFH), will launch the first REIT Fund on Boursa Kuwait on Monday, 2 March 2020.
Earlier this month, Kuwait’s Capital Markets Authority (CMA) approved listing the fund on the Kuwaiti bourse as the first income-generating real estate fund.
Last year, KFH Capital had revealed the first local real estate investment trust under the name ‘KFH Capital REIT’ with a fixed capital up to KWD 100 million.
It is noteworthy that the minimum amount to invest in this REIT fund is KWD 10,000 with the unit value totalling KWD 1; this enables a large number of investors to enjoy the fund’s advantages and expected yields.
