Mubasher: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has denied the news article published on Bloomberg regarding the merger with Bahrain’s Ahli United Bank (AUB).
KFH clarified that no developments regarding the merger with AUB have been registered until 11 January, according to a recent statement.
The developments regarding the possibility of a merger with AUB have been previously disclosed starting from 6 November 2016.
