Mubasher: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has signed an agreement to sell the subsidiary of KFH-Bahrain, Menatelecom, to Viva Bahrain.
The sale contract was inked according to the laws issued by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) in Bahrain, according to a bourse statement disclosed on Monday.
The financial impact will be realised in the consolidated income statements for the fourth quarter of 2017; KFH noted that the impact will probably be not essential.
