Kuwait – Mubasher: KFIC Financial Brokerage said it reached a preliminary merger agreement with Al Arabia Financial Brokerage Co.
Following the merger transaction, KFIC Brokerage will be liquidated and its financial liability will transfer to Al Arabia Brokerage, which in its turn will issue new stocks for KFIC investors.
