Kuwait-Mubasher: KGL Logistics reported a 9.7% growth in profits during the second quarter of 2016 as compared to the same period in 2015.
Earnings increased to KWD 1.92 million ($6.36 million) in Q2-16 from KWD 1.75 million ($5.8 million) in Q2-15, according to a bourse statement issued Thursday.
During the first half this year, profits rose by 7.4% to KWD 3.76 million versus KWD 3.5 million in the same half of 2015.
The company clarified that the increase in profits was due to a growth in the company’s industrial business.
