Mubasher: KGL Logistics posted a decline of 25.25% in profits during the fourth quarter of 2016, as compared to the same period of 2015.
Earnings shrank to about KWD 340,000 ($1.11 million) in Q4-16 from KWD 450,000 ($1.47 million) in Q4-15, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
During fiscal year 2016, profits grew 1.9% to total KWD 5.97 million from KWD 5.86 million in FY15.
The board members recommended distributing 5% as bonus shares of capital or 5-for-100 shares, with a total of 33.34 million shares.
