Kuwait – Mubasher: KGL Logistics’ ordinary general meeting agreed on Monday to distribute 10% bonus shares for the fiscal year 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The company will distribute 10-for-100 shares to shareholders of records registered on the day the OGM was held.
The shareholders also agreed on authorising the board to purchase or sell 10% or less of Logistics’ shares.
